Do you have a new puppy? Come and learn all you need to know about your new little bundle of joy from potty training to walking skills. We will tackle it all!
This class is designed for puppies from 8 weeks to 18 weeks of age. This is a very important developmental age for puppies – tackling training and socialization in appropriate ways is key!
Areas of focus will include:
- Establishing good management for future SUCCESS!!
- Potty & Crate Training
- Preventing stealing of “forbidden” items to help reduce the liklihood of resource guarding in the future
- Building impulse control to help prevent:
- Counter Surfing
- Bolting out open doors
- Proper people greeting and interaction skills
- Learning how to play with other puppies and interact with older dogs
- Basic Household Manners
- Coming when called

How does it work:
This is a drop-in program. You need to sign-up for each session you want to attend, but you do not have to commit to your traditional 6 or 8 weeks in a row. You can come different days/times each week. Once your puppy ages out either due to their age or size, you move right into the Manners & More Level 1 class.
What do I need to do before class?
Your dog doesn’t need any specific skills to start. We will build all the needed skills during classes. We do need your dogs current vaccination records prior to class.
What is your payment/cancellation/missed class policy?
The Puppy Manners classes are drop-in to give you the most flexibility. Even then we know schedules can change, as long as you give 48 hours notice, we will refund/credit you if you need to remove your registration for any reason. Please view our cancellation policy.
